My oven has stopped heating. What could prevent the oven from heating?

First, we recommend resetting the breaker box. This may reset the oven and fix the issue. The heating element/elements may have lost their continuity. They may need to be replaced, please contact us at 281-758-9978 to schedule an appointment for service. The control board may have failed, if you receive a u43 or l43, the control board may have failed and needs replacing.

My oven shows u43 error code and it does not heat

A u43 error message means that the upper main control board may have shorted. We strongly advice calling our service department to schedule an appointment for service.
