What is your standard diagnostic fee?

Our diagnostic fee is $145.00; however, this diagnostic fee is waived with any repair.

Do you offer warranty for appliance repairs?

Yes, each service is backed by our exclusive 2-year parts and labor warranty.

I'm still having problems with my appliance... what do I do?

In the instance that your repair was not successful, please call us at 281-758-9978 to schedule a warranty appointment. You can also reach us by email at [email protected] or by filling out the contact us form below.

I just paid my deposit, how long until you can come back out?

The standard time to receive parts is 2-3 business days unless it is a special order part, which will be 7-10 business days. We always schedule installation appointments for the following business day.
